London Gatwick is 28 miles (45kms) south of London, directly linked to the M23 motorway at junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road. The M25 is a 10 minute drive from Gatwick Airport, connecting it with the UK's extensive road and motorway network. Procedure for Meteor meet and greet parking at Gatwick Airport
South Terminal Outbound - Please call our operations number on 0870 242 0134 when you are 5-10 minutes away from the airport (half way down the M23)
- Turn in to the South Terminal and keep in the Right Hand Lane sign posted Arrivals
- Drive down to the arrivals level alng to the far end beyond the traffic lights and pull into the kerb on either side.
- The Meteor meet and greet driver will locate your vehicle and introduce himself to you
South Terminal Inbound - Please collect all of your luggage and clear customs
- Call the Operations number on 0870 242 0134 to arrange delivery of your vehicle
- Follow the exits signs down to the arrivals level, turn left and wait for your car to be delivered.
North Terminal Outbound - Please call our operations number on 0870 242 0134 when you are 5-10 minutes away from the airport (half way down the M23)
- Follow signs for the North Terminal and keep in the Left Hand Lane as you turn in to the terminal
- Follow signs to departures and drive up the ramp keeping to the right hand side.
- Pull in to the kerb where you will be met by a Meteor meet and greet driver
North Terminal Inbound - Please collect all of your luggage and clear customs
- Call the Operations number on 0870 242 0134 to arrange delivery of your vehicle
- Exit the terminal building on the ground floor
- Cross over the three lanes outside and wait opposite car rentals on the Arrivals Level
- Your car will be delivered to you there
Notes - All Meteor meet and greet drivers wear the highly visible black jackets with the Meteor meet and greet logo on them
- They carry ID and will have a copy of your booking details with them
- If you arrive before your booked meet time you may have to wait a few minutes extra if we are experiencing a high volume of collections
- If your flight is delayed you may have to wait a few extra minutes if we are experiencing a high volume of returning clients
